Job Description

We are a BPO Call Center seeking a dedicated Performance Manager HR to help expand our operations. This is a night shift position to accommodate our US-based clients and customers.

The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience in managing HR functions within a BPO or Software House environment. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is essential.

Applicants must have a strong social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn. The primary responsibilities include recruitment, developing and implementing company policies, and overseeing payroll.
