Job Description
ABS International is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Call Quality Analyst to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13C, Karachi. This full-time position offers a salary range of PKR 45,00 – PKR 50,00/month and requires working from Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT. As a vital member of our quality assurance team, you will monitor customer interactions to enhance our performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct over 50 call evaluations weekly
- Analyze key performance indicators such as First Call Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Provide actionable feedback and coaching to agents
- Ensure all documentation is audit-ready
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance within call centers
- Proficient in NiceCXone or Calabrio
- Fluent in English and Urdu
