Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to customers across Europe and the Middle East through phone, email, and remote sessions.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to email and document management solutions. The candidate should possess over 5 years of relevant experience and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Cloud Services. Proficiency in various Microsoft Windows Operating Systems is also required.
Excellent English communication skills and verbal fluency are essential for this role.
