Job Description
ABS International is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations during night shifts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing workforce development in our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, along with 1-2 years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment. Proficiency in ATS/HRIS is essential, alongside exceptional English communication skills. We prefer applicants currently residing in Karachi and available for immediate start.
