Job Description
ChildLife Foundation, located in Karachi, is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Emergency Room Administrator to join our team on-site. This critical role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the emergency room, ensuring the delivery of efficient patient care, and managing both staff and medical supplies. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and collaborate effectively with both medical and administrative teams to uphold our high standards of care.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess experience in healthcare management, exceptional leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure. A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Previous experience in pediatric care or emergency room management is advantageous.
