Job Description
Premier Medical Associates (PMA) is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our valued clients. In this pivotal role, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for every individual.

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 45 hours per week. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, and fluency in English is essential.
