Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, located in Hattar Taxila, is looking for a proactive and meticulous HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in streamlining daily HR operations and ensuring the effective application of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain employee records.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee attendance and payroll management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and address HR-related issues.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with 1-3 years of relevant HR experience is required.
Salary Range: Rs45,00 – Rs50,00 per month.
