Job Description
Hard Stone Enterprises is excited to announce openings for Customer Service Representatives. This position is exclusively for US Citizens. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, process orders, implement modifications, and escalate complaints through various communication channels.
Requirements:
- Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comprehensive paid training will be provided.
- Must be available for Night Shift from 6 PM to 3 AM US Time.
- Performance-based salary increase of up to 30% after the probationary period.
