Job Description
Webbuggs is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our rapidly growing logistics support team. This position plays a key role in our U.S.-based trucking and dispatch operations while offering significant opportunities for professional advancement and competitive earnings within a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls.
- Provide customized sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Address incoming inquiries promptly.
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM software.

Requirements:
- Education: O/A Levels, FA/FSc, or higher.
- Proficiency in English (North American accent preferred).
