Job Description
XAD Technologies is seeking a talented Recruitment Manager to oversee our staffing and recruitment activities, including the employment visa process. This role requires collaboration with department heads to effectively address hiring needs and attract a diverse pool of candidates. You will play a key role in enhancing our company’s image on digital platforms while developing strong relationships with international recruitment consultants.
In addition, you will work closely with the Public Relations Officer and HR Manager on visa-related matters and ensure management is informed about associated costs.
