Job Description
Nextech Packages is in search of an experienced Production Manager to lead our gravure printing production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing output, ensuring quality, meeting delivery timelines, and maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules.
- Effectively allocate resources.
- Supervise and mentor machine operators.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a DAE/B.Tech/BE in relevant disciplines, with 7-12 years of experience in the flexible packaging or gravure printing industry, including at least 3 years in a management role.
