Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
ABS International is seeking a dedicated Call Quality Assurance Officer to ensure superior service quality within our logistics call center. The role involves establishing quality standards, ensuring compliance, generating analytical reports, identifying training needs, and performing call evaluations.
Requirements: Candidates should have at least one year of experience in call center quality assurance, a solid understanding of QA methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work evening shifts.
