Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC is actively seeking dedicated Chat Support Agents to become part of our dynamic team. Key responsibilities for this role include responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing sales questions regarding our packaging products, processing orders, and ensuring accurate record-keeping within our CRM system. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, prior customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment.
