Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations for our warehouse team. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, accurate attendance tracking, thorough documentation, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate attendance records and enter data effectively.
- Assist with the recruitment process for warehouse personnel.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Monitor employee leave and absences.
- Address inquiries from employees.
- Support disciplinary procedures as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of HR support experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Position based on-site at the warehouse.
