Job Description
Fatima Memorial Hospital in Lahore is actively looking for a qualified Purchase Officer. This position requires candidates to hold a postgraduate degree and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement of medicines and surgical disposables.
- Assist the Purchase Manager.
- Conduct price checks and handle approvals.
- Act as a liaison between purchase staff and management.
- Maintain comprehensive records of the purchase section.
- Collect quotations from various suppliers.
- Prepare comparative statements for analysis.
- Issue purchase orders promptly.
- Oversee department operations in the Manager’s absence.
- Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
