Job Description
Objective: We are seeking a dedicated Solar Installation Supervisor to oversee our solar installation teams, ensuring both progress and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site assessments and inspections.
- Monitor daily progress on installation sites.
- Implement and uphold quality control measures.
- Manage tools and order necessary materials.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
- Coordinate effectively with customers for support and feedback.
Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills, along with technical training in electrical or renewable energy are essential.
Education: DAE / B. Tech in Electrical or Electronics.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in solar installation and supervisory roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Monthly salary of Rs70,00.00 to Rs90,00.00.
