Job Description
Rech International is looking for a motivated Front Desk Officer to join our team at our office located on Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide assistance to walk-in customers.
- Efficiently manage PABX operations.
Qualifications: A minimum of a graduate degree, at least 2 years of front desk experience, a professional appearance, ability to thrive under pressure, and applicants should be 30 years old or younger.
