ABS International is seeking a detail-oriented Call Center Compliance Officer to ensure our operations comply with legal standards during night shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compliance policies, conducting audits, and managing risk through continuous monitoring and evaluation of practices related to PCI DSS and GDPR compliance.
Requirements: Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in call center compliance, a strong understanding of BPO regulatory frameworks, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Availability for night shifts is essential.
