Job Description
IBSTEC is seeking a qualified RCM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will independently manage the entire Revenue Cycle Management process and effectively engage in virtual discussions with providers to address technical queries and enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the RCM process from patient registration to payment posting.
- Evaluate claim denials and underpayments.
- Host virtual meetings to assess performance.
- Ensure adherence to payer policies.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in RCM.
- Excellent communication skills.
Work hours are from 6 AM to 3 PM (Monday to Friday) at our Zafar Ali Road, Gulberg V, Lahore location.
