Job Description
SmartTalent is seeking an AWS Cloud Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver first-level support for AWS cloud services and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
Your key responsibilities will include monitoring system health, managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS, and efficiently addressing support tickets to enhance user experience.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs150,00, along with the opportunity to participate in an on-call rotation and work closely with our engineering teams.
