Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years in corporate sales.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated success in corporate sales
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
- Understanding of the bread/FMCG market dynamics
- Proficient in sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong leadership skills for managing teams
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP/Oracle)
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute corporate sales strategies
- Manage key accounts and client relationships
