Key Responsibilities: Involvement in capital projects, providing operator training, upholding safety standards, effectively managing changes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications: Strong supervisory skills, proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams are essential for success in this position.
