Job Description
BroadPeak Technologies is seeking a dedicated Client Success & Support Specialist to enhance our client onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition to our innovative tools. In this role, you will lead onboarding sessions, conduct comprehensive product walkthroughs, and provide essential training on key features.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries through email, chat, and phone, diagnosing technical issues, tracking support tickets, and resolving them efficiently. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is critical for ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
This position also requires keeping accurate records of client interactions, generating reports on client-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall client experience.
