Job Description
Location: Islamabad | Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM
Zigron Inc is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a background in Psychology with 5–6 years of comprehensive experience in HR operations.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional policy-making abilities, expertise in leave management, and a proactive approach in managing a small team. Proficiency in ERP systems and understanding of EOBI compliance are vital for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, oversee attendance and leave management, and collaborate with department heads and the finance team for payroll administration.
