Job Description
Become a vital part of the Women’s Empowerment Group by taking on the role of Fundraising Call Agent! In this position, you will make outbound calls to both current and prospective donors, effectively communicating our mission and illustrating the significant impact of their contributions. Your responsibilities include confidently soliciting donations and professionally addressing any concerns while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of an Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and prior experience in generating donations for social or health-related initiatives in Pakistan. Fluency in Urdu is essential, and proficiency in English is advantageous. A target-oriented mindset, coupled with basic computer skills, is crucial for success in this role.
