Job Description

Perfect Group is currently looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to effectively manage both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle a high volume of customer calls.

– Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

– Follow communication scripts and company protocols.

– Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

– Escalate complex issues as needed.

Requirements:

– Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

– Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

– Basic computer skills with familiarity in CRM software.

– Proficient in English.
