Job Description
Aspire92 is on the lookout for a proactive and technically proficient IT Support Executive to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating the seamless onboarding of new employees by ensuring the timely setup and maintenance of IT equipment.
Your primary responsibilities will include configuring laptops and workstations, managing Microsoft 365 user accounts, troubleshooting a variety of software issues (including QuickBooks), managing Cisco networking equipment, and providing both remote and on-site technical support. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, along with 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience, is essential for this position.
Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or CCNA.
