Job Description
VampWelt, a premier ecommerce store, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) Manager. This role involves overseeing community interactions through phone calls and messages, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. We are offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs25,00.00 to Rs35,00.00 per month.
This is a full-time position, and we prefer candidates who can reliably commute to our Lahore location or are planning to relocate prior to their start date. The position requires in-person attendance to ensure our CSR team delivers the highest level of service.
