Job Description
Location: Johar Town
Working Hours: 7 PM to 2 AM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Base Salary + Incentives
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide assistance to our US-based clients. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- ✅ Fluency in English is mandatory
- ✅ Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- ✅ Must be adaptable to US time zone shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a US-based call center required
