Job Description
ABS International is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our vibrant team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time role requires strong leadership and commitment, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
Core Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies for branch growth and expansion.
- Lead a team of over 50 financial and banking professionals.
- Effectively manage the branch’s profit and loss.
- Ensure adherence to SECP and SBP regulatory requirements.
- Establish and implement customer retention programs.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in banking or fintech.
- Preferred MBA or Finance degree.
- Thorough understanding of SECP and SBP regulations.
- Strong strategic and decision-making abilities.
- Availability for evening shifts.
