Job Description

Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is in search of a qualified General Manager of Factory Operations. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Food Technology, and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience within the FMCG or food industry. Preference will be given to those with a background in managerial roles that involve production, engineering, and supply chain management.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing production, engineering maintenance, supply chain operations, and inventory management. Candidates should have a track record of meeting local and export monthly order targets and must provide strong references.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00 per month

Work Location: In-person; candidates are required to commute to the SITE Area.
