Job Description
Three Percent Communication is actively seeking skilled Final Expense Closers to join our dedicated in-house sales team. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients through high-intent inbound calls, effectively converting them into policyholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound calls and leads.
- Marketing and selling Final Expense Life Insurance policies.
- Building client trust and understanding their needs.
- Closing sales while nurturing post-sale relationships.
- Meeting and exceeding established sales targets.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of closing experience and possess strong English communication skills. Please note that this position is not available for remote work; it is office-based.
