Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is on the lookout for a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to be the primary contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding our products and services.
- Efficiently manage check-ins and bookings.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Cultivate positive relationships with guests.
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is preferred.
- Prior experience in guest services is essential.
