Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager – Payroll. In this critical role, you will be responsible for processing bi-monthly payroll for the United States and collaborating with HR teams both in the US and Pakistan to resolve any post-payroll employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include managing payroll processing, working alongside HR teams, calculating commissions, creating compensation plans, and addressing employee questions.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, substantial payroll experience, a strong understanding of US payroll practices, and proficiency in HR software and Excel.
