Job Description
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Accounts Executive to enhance our finance team. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately posting daily transactions and conducting comprehensive bookkeeping. You will oversee month-end closing activities and generate precise financial reports, ensuring timely and effective inventory management.
Your role will also involve performing daily bank reconciliations to uphold cash flow accuracy, as well as managing accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) for efficient cash management. Additionally, you will produce insightful monthly and year-end financial statements while maintaining an organized workflow to meet all deadlines.
