Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is actively seeking experienced Taxi Dispatchers with a minimum of one year in dispatch operations, especially within cab or transportation services. We are looking for organized and responsive individuals who excel in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign cabs to fulfill service requests.
- Coordinate driver schedules and optimize routes.
- Maintain effective communication with both drivers and customers.
- Log trip details and monitor performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
