Job Description
Devflovv is actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to become a vital member of our executive team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and enhancing internal communication across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in related administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Position Details:
- Type: Full-time, Onsite
- Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
