Job Description
Trax Courier & Logistics is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Officer to enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication. In this role, you will engage with customers via chat, email, and phone, providing real-time support and resolving inquiries. Familiarity with our products and services is crucial to effectively convey their benefits.
Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer complaints, and exploring upsell opportunities. Strong English proficiency and exceptional communication skills are essential. While prior call center experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
Salary: Rs32,00.00 per month. Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Completed/Enrolled) or A-Levels. Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: On-site.
