Job Description
Halcyon Medical Centre is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and experienced female professional to join our team as a Call Center Q/A & Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, facilitating appointment bookings, and ensuring a high standard of service through effective monitoring and coaching.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and fluency in both English and Urdu. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, with the requirement to work on-site.
