Job Description
The Rafi Group Land Development is looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Manager for Administration & Management Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), overseeing security operations for Board of Directors residences and corporate offices, and conducting regular staff performance evaluations.
This role also includes media monitoring, managing operational budgets, overseeing asset management, and organizing corporate customer events. The Senior Manager will establish relationships with government agencies to secure regulatory approvals and promote sustainability initiatives within the organization.
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, along with 10-12 years of leadership experience in administration and security operations.
