Job Description
Tandoori Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Query Management Officer to oversee customer inquiries on various social media platforms. This role requires swift, professional responses and the commitment to ensure that every query receives attention, with urgent issues escalated as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media for customer inquiries.
- Respond professionally and promptly to all queries.
- Guarantee that no inquiry goes unanswered.
- Escalate urgent issues as needed.
- Maintain a standardized library of responses.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in social media management; excellent communication skills.
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days remote, 3 days in-office)
Hours: 12 PM – 12 AM
