Position Summary: Nestlé Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Team Leader Operations to oversee inbound and outbound logistics at our Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and proficient decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities: This role includes optimizing staffing levels, coordinating transportation operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing Good Warehouse Practices.
Success Factors: Candidates should possess an MBA or a relevant Engineering degree, along with 2-3 years of experience in Distribution Operations or Supply Chain. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules” is required.
