Job Description
The Baitussalam Welfare Trust is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Lab Collection Point Incharge. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities, formulating policies, and monitoring key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing departmental budgets effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a medical environment, particularly within a pathological laboratory or consulting clinic.
