Job Summary: ABS International is seeking a dedicated HR Executive focused on Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment and HR operations during evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Streamline onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain confidential HR records.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Support positive employee relations.
