Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in recruitment and employee engagement, alongside a strong understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases effectively.
- Assist in formulating HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR support.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
