Job Description
Osynix Group is currently in search of a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager for our prominent bakery and sweets chain located in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in food retail operations and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Additionally, the Branch Manager will focus on enhancing the customer experience and achieving sales targets.
Requirements for this position include a minimum of 5 years of experience in food retail management, a track record of demonstrated sales growth, in-depth knowledge of food hygiene, and exceptional communication skills.
