Job Description

1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. is on the lookout for dedicated and motivated Fresh & Experienced International Callers to handle outbound communications with our clients in the United States. In this role, you will engage with customers in a professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Requirements include:

• Conducting outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Displaying composure and empathy in high-pressure situations.
• Providing accurate information regarding products and services.
• Effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints.
• Maintaining comprehensive records through CRM systems.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve issues.

Compensation includes a fixed salary, uncapped commissions, and daily & weekly incentives, with a potential earning of up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
