Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is seeking a motivated and experienced Female HR Manager to oversee our night shift operations. This role is based in Johar Town, Lahore, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The position offers a competitive salary of up to PKR 90,00 per month, along with a fuel allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Manage payroll and attendance tracking.
- Respond to employee inquiries effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR management.
- Exceptional communication skills.
