Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a committed HR Supervisor for our esteemed client. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations across multiple shifts, assist in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives, ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations, and address employee inquiries while meticulously keeping shift-based records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations across various shifts.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts.
