Job Description

Openings: 4 positions available
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
Mode: On-site (non-remote)
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for our E-commerce team to facilitate effective communication and provide timely support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing order processing, and delivering live chat assistance.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, prior e-commerce experience (eBay experience is a plus), and must have a personal laptop. Daily office attendance is required.
Comprehensive training will be provided. We only encourage applicants who are committed to full-time employment.
Salary: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month
